I hope you are enjoying the first days of spring after Imbolc. I thought you would like to hear about some of the exciting workshops forthcoming here at Dunderry - A new Shamans' Heart workshop, Kundalini Yoga and the Shaman's Journey basic course.

A new SHAMAN'S HEART WORKSHOP will take place on Saturday 24th April due to the demand for the previous courses.
We will journey with special sound techniques (hemisynch) to heal the heart, luminous body, chakras, and journey deep into the realm of spirit for wisdom and insight into the true purpose and meaning of our lives.

Introduction to Shamanism
This basic workshop will introduce participants to some of the core methods and ideas used by shamanic peoples all over the earth for thousands of years. We will be using traditional methods such as drumming, rattling and dancing to enter a shamanic state of consciousness, and connect with our power animals and spirit helpers. We will also be exploring how we can apply this shamanic way of working in a practical way for healing ourselves and others and connecting deeper into nature in our everyday lives.
