Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful summer sunshine, just a note to update you on the Eirgrid situation. We had not heard from them until recently, because they claimed that they were conducting a survey into the feasability of undergrounding the cables. We do not trust that this is a serious intention and it has been mooted in the local papers that they intend to chose an overground route soon.
We will keep you informed of any develoipments in this regard.
I also would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support with the tree planting program that now stands at 210 trees.
