Oaktree Charitable Trust

A non-profit organization which was set up to help people cope with the stress of life. It has been serving the community for the past 10 years. We fund courses for individuals and groups which have suffered from the effects of trauma such as addictions, rape, violence and, in cooperation with the Tara Centre (Omagh)for survivors of the Northern Troubles. The centre also offers one-to-one therapy.

The Oaktree Charitable trust runs The Transpersonal Institute, umbrella body for the The Irish Centre for Shamanic Studies (ICSS) and the centre at Dunderry Park. The Institute offers courses of a Psycho-spiritual nature such as Shamanic Training, Holotropic Breathwork^TM and Transpersonal Psychology. The current on-going training in modules are:

• Shamanic Practitioners Course cert of attendance
  mandatory module- mandatory for any further training
• SP + 2 Breathwork workshops - cert Shamanic Practitioner
• Advanced Shamanic Practice - cert Advanced Practitioner (mandatory module)
• Shamanic Counselling Course - cert Shamanic Counsellor (mandatory module)
• Shamanic Breathwork - cert of attendance (mandatory module)
• Completion of 10 modules - cert Transpersonal Psychotherapy
