THE SILENT PATH

This is a guided and structured weekend of Silence to allow each participant the space to ‘find’ themselves and to reconnect and cultivate mindfulness practices and meditations.

 

The weekend includes walks in nature, meditation in different forms, reading, art work and a Gong Bath (meditation).

 

This is a gentle and perfect way to start the New Year, a way to Reduce Stress and Relax the Body, before settling into a new routine with renewed vigour and mindfulness.
