THE SILENT PATH

This is a guided and structured weekend of Silence to allow each participant the space to ‘find’ themselves and to reconnect and cultivate mindfulness practices and meditations.

 

*The weekend includes walks in nature, meditation in different forms, reading, art work and a Gong Bath (meditation).

 

*This is a gentle and perfect way to start the New Year, a way to Reduce Stress and Relax the Body, before settling into a new routine with renewed vigour and mindfulness.
